What a beautiful book Emillie Ferris has created. I had been following her on Instagram for a while, and when I saw that she had written a book I immediately placed a pre-order.

The book contains a very nice introduction to how to start with some smaller examples. There are also 5 step-by-step tutorials that you can follow to create such beautiful embroidery yourself. And how handy, the patterns are already on a transfer sheet at the back of the book! This makes it easy to get the pattern onto the fabric.
