This rosé oblique pen holder has a nice grip that is slightly thicker. With a thicker grip, you hold the pen holder relaxed and you will not get a cramped posture sooner.
Why do you use an oblique pen holder?
The classic Copperplate handwriting is always written in a 45-degree angle. With the "elbow" on this pen, you can write well at the same angle. The oblique pen holder was specially designed for the Copperplate handwriting.
You can hold the pen holder in two different ways. If you want to write in a corner, keep the pen straight. The nib moves obliquely towards the paper through the elbow. In this way, you write at an angle of 45 degrees. Do you want a modern notebook? Then hold the pen in a normal way so that the nib is straight on the paper.
Tip: an oblique pen holder is always tailor-made for a specific nib (series). It is very important that your nib is really tight. All oblique pen holders from the shop are preformed for one of the G-nibs. A number of different sizes of nibs fit in this oblique holder, but at least the Nikko G, Tachikawa G, and Zebra G. Do you want to adjust the holder for a different nib? Use a small pair of pliers for this and bend the metal elbow very carefully.
