Verzending

Voor 16.00u besteld op ma-vr? Je bestelling wordt nog dezelfde dag verzonden! 

Uiteraard pakken we je pakket zorgvuldig in. Mocht er onverhoopt toch iets beschadigd zijn of niet goed gaan tijdens de verzending, neem dan even contact op.

Zakelijke bestellingen België

Bestel je als bedrijf vanuit België? Mail me voordat je de bestelling doet met het VAT nummer en een printscreen van het winkelmandje. Dan stel ik een factuur op, excl. btw. Heb je al besteld en betaald met btw, dan kan ik dit niet meer achteraf aanpassen.

Voorraad vraagjes

Zie je een product dat niet op voorraad is? Stuur me gerust een berichtje, dan kan ik je laten weten wanneer het weer op voorraad is. 

Staat het antwoord op je vraag er niet tussen? Op de FAQ pagina geef ik antwoord op de meest gestelde vragen.

Retour

Ben je niet tevreden met je bestelling? Het is mogelijk tot 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling. Vermeld bij het terugsturen altijd je ordernummer. Zonder ordernummer kunnen we je retour niet verwerken. Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en verwerkt, ontvang je een bericht van de terugbetaling. Je ontvangt het aankoopbedrag terug met 1-3 werkdagen, met dezelfde betaalmethode als je de order hebt betaald.

Is het een pakketje? Je kan eenvoudig een retourlabel aanmaken via deze pagina. De pakketkosten voor Nederland bedragen €6,95. De kosten worden van je terugbetaling afgehaald.

Splendith kan geen retouren verwerken die niet meer in de originele verpakking zitten of er gebruikt uit zien.

Ordered before 4PM on Mon-Fri? Your order will be shipped the same day!

All orders will be wrapped carefully. If you received a damaged item, please contact us. You can return the damaged items free of charge. After receiving the damaged items, I will send new products within two working days (if they are in stock).

Business orders from EU countries

Are you a company from an EU country and do you want to place an order? Please send me an email with the VAT number and a print screen of your shopping cart before you place the order. I will create an invoice excluding VAT. If you have already placed an order and paid with VAT, I can not change it afterwards.

Delivery times

All paid orders are dispatched within two business days, excluding public holidays. PostNL has a delivery time of 1-2 business days, with the exception of public holidays. Splendith is not responsible for delays by mail. Please send me an email if you have not received anything after 5 days.
