Acrylic paint

Our favorite acrylic paint is the Holbein Acryla Gouache. The basis of this paint is acrylic, but it is more opaque than acrylic paint. The paint moves and behaves the same as gouache, but is waterproof when dry. You can reactivate regular gouache, but not Acryla gouache. Try using the paint straight from the tube. You can keep the paint wet longer by putting it on a keep wet palette or by spraying some water on it every now and then. Do you want to combine Acryla with regular gouache? Then use Acryla for the bottom layer, so that the colors do not overlap because the bottom layer is activated. You can also mix Acryla with all other materials that are water soluble.
