Stillman & Birn sketchbooks are perfect for using mixed media in a sketchbook. The 270 gram paper supports the application of multiple washes of paint and does not warp easily. The 150 gram paper holds mixed media with light washes. The sketchbooks are available in hardcovers, softcovers and wirebound.

Stillman & Birn Alpha contains white 150 gram paper, with a small structure.

Stillman & Birn Beta has a small structure in the white 270 gram paper.

Stillman & Birn Gamma has the same paper as the Alpha series, but the 150 gram paper is ivory colored.

Stillman & Birn Delta has the same paper as the Beta variant, but with 270 gram ivory paper.

Stillman & Birn Epsilon has smooth 150 gram paper, great for pen work.

Stillman & Birn Zeta has very smooth white 270 gram paper, comparable to Bristol paper.

Stillman & Birn Nova has colored 150 gram paper, in beige, gray and black paper. In the Nova trio they are combined in one sketchbook.
