Princeton Heritage are the best-known synthetic watercolor brushes. Princeton launched the Heritage series more than 20 years ago. It was one of the first synthetic brushes for artists. The Heritage have the same qualities as marten hair brushes. They have the ideal stiffness: the brushes move easily, but also quickly return to their shape.

Princeton Heritage Flat Wash
The Flat Wash brush is a combination between a Flat and a Wash brush. A Wash has a slightly square tip and can hold more paint. You can use a Flat brush for different applications, for example for wide strips or a fine line. You can combine these features with a Flat Wash brush. That means: broad strokes, fine lines and a brush that retains a lot of moisture. Best of both worlds!

Princeton started developing high-quality synthetic brushes long ago. These brushes are much more durable, more affordable and better for martens. But what's very important: you don't compromise on quality!
