Do you order from Belgium as a company? Before you place your order, email me with the VAT number and a print screen of the shopping cart. I will then prepare an invoice, excluding VAT. If you have already ordered and paid with VAT, I cannot adjust this afterwards.

Return
Are you not satisfied with your order? It is possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Always mention your order number when returning. We cannot process your return without an order number. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund notification. You will receive the purchase amount back within 1-3 working days, using the same payment method as you paid for the order.

Over Urban Anna
De artistieke reis van Astrid, beter bekend als Urban Anna, begon bescheiden met enkele schetsen van vakantiefoto's die ze deelde op haar Instagram-account. Als autodidactische kunstenares uit Heerenveen greep ze tijdens de somberheid van de pandemie in het najaar van 2020 voor het eerst naar aquarelverf.
Haar werken, gedetailleerde illustraties van schilderachtige winkelgevels, knusse cafés en kleurrijke gebouwen, hebben een universele aantrekkingskracht die kunstliefhebbers en amateurschilders wereldwijd in vervoering brengt.
Met een groeiende schare fans heeft Urban Anna nu meer dan 170.000 volgers op Instagram verzameld. Haar profiel is niet alleen een platform voor haar illustraties, maar ook een bron van inspiratie voor aspirant-kunstenaars die hun eigen creatieve reis willen beginnen. Haar onderscheidende stijl heeft haar ertoe aangezet om in het najaar van 2023 haar allereerste kleurboek, genaamd "Urban Coloring", te publiceren, een langverwachte stap die haar artistieke invloed verder zal vergroten.
